Carrieanne is a school teacher, freelance theatre maker and fine artist who is currently focused on the management and development of her Leeds-based theatre company CVIVArts Theatre. The company is working on an Arts Council England funded project titled What Are You Hungry For? A research and development project with a final production to be performed in 3 Leeds venues. Creating and delivering her own solo performance work since 2005, she has also worked collaboratively with other performance artists and established theatre collectives. Now, she is bringing all her prior experience into her current 'adventure' as a producer and director of her own company. Currently on maternity leave from teaching, being a new mum and working on her theatre project has become her daily work - alongside oil painting, tea drinking, exercising and chocolate eating.
