In this episode, I’m thrilled to welcome back Casey Rutherford from Modern Agent to our podcast. I’ll be asking Casey about things like “mom guilt” and overcoming it, balancing our full family lives with being a responsive agent to all your clients, and living, as Casey terms it, an ‘integrated life’ which is a little different than the typical ideas about work-life balance.

Society has imposed a lot of ridiculous norms on women and how they are supposed to behave regarding family and children– don’t fall prey to some of these antiquated societal ‘rules’ that don’t really even exist!
