Today we focus on an email that I received from someone who thinks that people don't like him when they look at him. It's important to focus on yourself and accept yourself instead of looking for validation from someone else. Because if you ask ten people what they think of you, they all will say something else. When you are in the gym, when you are in the club or on the street, don't try to get acceptation when you look other people. Otherwise you are going to think what other people will maybe think about you. And we are going to read other peoples mind and this is a thinking error. Looking for validation makes you insecure.
