  • 2. Women, Culture and Engagement

Do pool tables and parties make a great corporate culture? Are happy employees more productive? Why aren't more women in the C-suite? This conversation touches on all of it.  My guest, Carolyn Hass, is a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is VP, Product, Research and Development at SuccessFinder.

  • Episode 1: Why do we need a Work Revolution?

20 years in the talent industry as a career coach and consultant has taught me that the workplace has become dysfunctional; too many employees are frustrated, bored, burned out, checked out, stressed out or demoralized.  Add to that a shifting global political landscape, growing societal unrest, gender and racial inequality and a climate crisis.  How are we to solve the difficult challenges ahead if can't harness the full potential, creativity and talent of our workforce? We need a Work Revolution.
