After staying in the same company for a decade, I realise there are many employment benefits one must aim for that are better than money, especially when we talk about the long-term game. But not many realize this because they view their career as a sprint where we get from point A to point B the fastest way possible but it's not. Our career is a marathon, it's a 30ish-year marathon that needs to be cultivated to our advantage.
