Today on the show we have my fellow virgo, heart-groovin’, coastal forest loving sister, Jamie Lee Mock. Jamie is a craniosacral therapist & somatic healing guide who has a uniquely nurturing approach in weaving the web between our physical bodies and our earthen surroundings. She facilitates personal healing journeys to help people experience full-bodied freedom.  Her work aims to resolve unexplained discomfort in the body and promotes a deep cultivation of relationship with our innate wisdom.
