In honor of my late baby sister. I am confessing and laying it all out by posting a podcast I recorded a year ago. It took me a year to get the nerve to post it. It is raw and real. I miss her every day. August is when she was born and when she died, and the month usually ends up a hot mess ever since in my experience.
I was her big sister and I feel guilty for how she died because of the birth order in our family. I am thankful for all the time we got with her, and I know I will see her again but sometimes I need a good cry about all the love that is left. That leftover love is the big loss we feel.

Linda is a special guest to have on the podcast. She was a friend and mentor to me in the early days of being a public school teacher. She offered her honest and experienced opinion to me then and she is sharing her sage words of wisdom with all of you now. I am honored to have her as a guest on the podcast. Her wise words of "If you are not in God's will, you are in His way" will long be remembered.
