Recently the government has dictated employees will now have to spend 3 days in the office.

There is no question that we will at times be working from home but the office is still a reality we will have to accept.  When working from home consider this:

• Not everyone will be able to work from home and you have to be honest with yourself if you are one of these people;
• Be prepared to have limited social interaction when working from home,
• Keep a routine and be disciplined about your work hours;
• Make sure that you take breaks and look after yourself if you work from home;
• Find a place you can work with little or no distraction.
