Join me in a guided meditation out with my horses. This meditation focuses on connection to ourselves, nature and the universe and the loving support we receive from connecting back to this. Before I get on any horse I want to make sure we are ticking all of the pre fight checks, just as you would before taking off in a plane!

It is so important to stay under threshold for both ourselves and our horses so that we can stay responsive rather than reacting out of fear.
