Working From Wisdom

Wisdom isn't just something that pops in from time to time, it's the very force that gives us life and is ever present. In this episode I am chatting with Natasha Swerdloff and we discuss the beauty of letting wisdom guide you from moment to moment and how effortless creation feels in this state of presence.

It takes a lot to make me cry but that is exactly what happened the first time I heard my guests on this episode speaking at the 3PUK event. Beyond Recovery is a wonderful organisation set up by Jacqueline to help support people who have found themselves caught up in the criminal justice system in the UK and Omar was one of those people. 

Listening to both Omar and Jacqueline fills my heart with hope and love to see how such a beautiful and simple understanding can help anyone, regardless of their story or experience to find their way back 'home'. 

In this episode Danny and I talk about just how important 'noticing' is and how often that is all we need to do. We also spoke about the power of presence and pondered on what it would be like to go through a normal day and experience things from a place of full presence regardless of what show up.
