Taking time off work can often time be stressful. As high performing working moms we bare the weight of the world on our shoulders at both work and home. This is one of the many reasons why it is so important to take our PTO - to disconnect, recharge and reconnect. Today we dive into how to set boundaries around your PTO and how to effectively use your PTO so you can go from feeling overwhelmed and anxiety ridden to refreshed, energized and happy about the time you take and the memories you make!

There are huge double standards that exist in the workplace. Being called a b*tch and condescending are just some of the things that have been said to me throughout my career. If you have too, you are in good company! Oftentimes women are told they are too assertive or aggressive when doing the same things a man would do in the workplace. So how do we change this? First step, we need to stop brushing it under the rug and bring awareness to the fact that this problem exists. In this episode we dive into examples of how this may show up in the workplace and why it is crucial that we change it.
