#017 - Let’s face it, if you’re a working mom then you are the busiest person in your household. Even in a household where both parents work, the stresses of being a working mom typically are greater. Yet it’s said that a mom can only be as happy as her least happy child.
Today on Happy Working Woman we discuss the daily grind as a working mother and ways to help lesson the load. The key tactics discussed include:
- Self-care for yourself is a priority practice
- Your home needs to help (or at least not hurt) your pursuit of balance/happy (And you need to let them help you!)
- Let go of the ‘do-it-all’ mindset
- Clutch routines (morning routine + evening routine)
- Cellphone free-time & intentional breaks
- Give yourself grace!
