Happy Mom Mentor, Pamela Zimmer, experienced a life-changing transformation after she quit her architecture career to become a stay-at-home mom. Little did she know that what she thought would make her happy only threw her into a 3 year battle with Postpartum Depression. Pamela shares her story of how important it is to free yourself of working mom guilt and shame and take charge of your happiness by putting yourself first. Self-care is not seflish. Pamela is also the author of, Reclaim the Joy of Motherhood: How I Defeated Postpartum Depression.
