My guest has been a personal mentor of mine for a couple of years now, and every time I listen to him I learn so much and this episode was no different. 

As much as this was way out of his comfort zone, he shared his story with such clarity and gratitude and as he says, women/mothers have superpowers and the minute they unleash them, boy oh boy!

Philbert Mdinda is a married father of 4, the marketing manager in one of the leading media houses in Kenya, a staunch  christian, an author and a mentor. If I tell you it was an honour to have him in studio, it's because I mean it. 

The shoot did not go as we planned, anything that could have gone wrong technically went wrong, but the devil is a liar and we managed to salvage part of the interview.

It's her clarity for greatness for me! As always, i hope this episode inspires you to greatness, whether within your current field or any other field that life may bring your way.

A very special episode. This is the first time I interviewed someone who is not within my circle and I loved taking notes from her experiences. Its been four weeks if not five, since we shoot this episode and since then, I have come up with a routine for me and my daughter that has been life changing.

I really enjoyed listening to how getting a child in Campus fuelled Frecia's drive for success. And I have been privileged enough to experience her drive, how she builds and motivates others even without knowing and I can't help but thank God for such women.
