20 min workouts

  • 10 push ups
  • 20 squats
  • 20 sit ups
  • 2 min jumping jacks
  • 30 RDLs ( 20 pound weights)
  • stretch before and after

30 min workouts

  • 20 min run/walk
  • 20 push ups
  • 15 squats
  • 10 RDL curls
