For many Christians, small groups are a normal part of their weekly routine. The idea is that you'll meet with a group of people every week to read the Bible, encourage one another, share your struggles, and practice the art of community. But, it's not always that simple - especially when you're the one leading the small group.
In this episode, Sharon & Lexi are sharing 5 tips to help you lead a better small group. Whether you're serving in your church's junior high or high school group, volunteering as a camp counselor, leading a group for your college's campus ministry, or organizing a small group with your friends, these tips will help you have better conversations with the people in your small group.
