Life and death are in the power of the tongue. The gift of speech is a valuable gift given to us by God, nothing else created did He give this gift.  Any valuable gift should be used with proper discernment.  Our words can exalt, encourage, teach, and inspire.  If used improperly they can destroy, create walls, and mutilate character.  Prayer, praise, and purpose out of our mouths can shift atmospheres, move mountains, and bring us closer to God.  The time will come when we will have to give an account to God for every word we have spoken...what condition is your account in?
