For me the toughest thing hasn't been building muscle it's been losing fat. When you are doing physical activity that is specifically for tearing the muscle to rebuild it larger, usually you're not using your cardiovascular system very much which is the thing responsible for generating heat in your body which then in turn burns your excess energy (fat). To help with this I do cardio in between my sets which I delve more in to within this episode.
