'Answering the Call to Mental Health' presented by Ruby Crowe.

Summary: This workshop will reflect on Ruby’s journey as a young person and what has influenced her to work in youth mental health. The aim is to inform young people about mental health and provide information on how we can support our friends and others going through a tough time.

Bio: Ruby is a former Youth Minster of DLS Cronulla. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at the University of Wollongong and has a passion for youth mental health and guiding those to find their way to a positive mental wellbeing.
