In a world of bad habits. It becomes our duty our job too find good habits to get addicted to. I'm creating good habits. How about you?
I wake up at 5:00 a.m.
I pray I drink a bottle of water. Get dressed. Go out for my jog/ fast walk up the street at the park.
Back home by 5:45 a.m.
Quick shower. Get dressed. Catch up on the news
7:00 I'm out the door. My day begins.
That's my first good habit. How about you?
