World Cup Watchpoint

Team Honduras is one of several debutant countries in the 2026 Overwatch World Cup. Even bigger, this national team marks the first time that the Honduran Overwatch player base has coalesced into a bonafide national community. I'm joined by Honduras Flex DPS CelFL22 and Honduras Flex Support LunarSky to discuss how Team Honduras came together, growing the new community, and how it all exists because of ME(???). You'll have to listen to find out what I mean by that.

• Raw, talented players with little experience.
• LunarSky's clutch factor and leadership.
• Learning from Nicaraguan players.
• Building an Overwatch community from the ground up.

Before recording this episode, I didn't think much of Team Greece. But after speaking with Greece Flex Support Tycho and Greece General Manager Kendar, I now think they could do some real damage in the EMEA Conference Cup.

• Team Greece is full of Germans and Cypriots?
• Scorch (aka Overwatch Ange Postecoglu) is an x-factor.
• Why isn't Overwatch more popular in Greece?
• Sheffield TD and LavaLillies players on Team Greece?!?
• Tycho on playing in her biggest tournament yet.
