Ogham – Divining in the Celtic Way | Toni Talks Episode 1

Join Toni Savory (The Card Geek) in the debut episode of Toni Talks for a deep, soulful conversation with Jane Matthews about Ogham – the ancient Celtic tree alphabet and one of the oldest known divination systems.

Jane, author of the forthcoming Ogham Divining in the Celtic Way deck (Red Wheel/Weiser, April 2026), shares her journey into Celtic wisdom, the spiritual significance of the trees, and how Ogham speaks directly to the land, ancestors, and the soul. Together they explore:

• The four Aicme and the layered meanings of the fews
• Reading with Brigid’s Cross spread for clarity and protection
• The sacred Way of the Fifths technique for profound insight
• Blending ancient Celtic spirituality with modern divination practice
• How trees hold keys to healing, guidance, and connection in today’s world

This episode is perfect for anyone drawn to nature-based divination, Celtic traditions, ancestral work, or tree magic. Whether you’re new to Ogham or deepening your practice, Jane’s insights and Toni’s thoughtful questions create a warm, inspiring space to explore one of the oldest oracular systems still alive today.

Tune in for heartfelt discussion, Celtic lore, and a gentle invitation to reconnect with the wisdom of the trees.
