Pauline Chetcuti, Action Contre la Faim, reflects on the importance of humanitarian principles, in particular neutrality and impartiality and the need for negotiations and dialogue with all actors in order to gain access to vulnerable populations trapped in conflict situations. Various members of Coordination SUD, a platform of French humanitarian INGOs, have put forward a joint statement to #WHSummit to advocate for these principles.
