Hey family! Happy Wednesday AKA our favourite day of the week. We're checking in today, and prioritising our mental health. I'm dropping some ways in which you can activate positive mental health & wellbeing in your day to day life. We're giving a glow up shoutout to Naomi Osaka this week, for standing up for herself and putting her mental health first, and giving us permission to do so too in this hustle culture we live in. During Let's Talk, we're discussing how to balance your relationship and your friendship... how do you show up for your partner and you're bestie without causing any animosity?
