It's World Radio Day today and the theme this year 2015 is "By Youth, For Youth". And that's exactly what we spoke about with our BFM boss, Malek Ali, who graciously accepted our invite to be a guest on our show. On top of asking him about the business of radio and how it's evolving, we also dicussed  how he's had to change his management style to lead a group of young staff.
