It's been a minute, but Little Brazil is back on Worlds of Wayne with a couple new members, new songs, and a 12-pack of beer. Landon, Danny, Mike, and Matt join me in the studio for a chat about the band and how it is navigating new music with a shot of new blood behind the kit and guitar. They also share a few stories as each is a true veteran of the Omaha music scene and are seasoned, well-traveled players creating some pretty kick ass music.

In this episode I welcome Alicia C Mattern, the creator of Zombie Squirts, a picture book series for kids about kid zombies dealing with bullying. Her career as an artist with a local sticker company helped inspire her creation and now she is ready to publish another book for kids in the Zombie Squirts series. 

Meet the Zombie Squirts gang as they reunite for their first day back at school. Their wacky 'ol teacher, Mr. Snell, announces the arrival of a new student named Annie Palmer. The Squirts are quick to welcome Annie into the group and come to her rescue when the other zombie kids laugh at her for being different. From a yo-yo eyeball to pom-pom hands, the Zombie Squirts explain how everyone is special in their own zombie way.
