Worry ... It feels awful; anxious, scary and fearful. There's a clue in that feeling. It's let us know the truth. Not about what we are worrying about but about our state of mind. The feeling is letting us know that we are believing something which isn't true. It's so much simpler than you think. When you realise the feeling is coming from worrying thinking, it suddenly makes whole lot less sense to worry.
