Breaking the Stigma is my way of speaking out about the misinformation, and the inaccuracies that the christian population has placed on mental illness.  I speak out on the stigma that is in the church on mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I share my personal struggles, and experiences as well as those that have been shared with me. The battle is a real one for those of us that deal with these illnesses on a daily basis.
