Jesus said "follow me and I will make you a fisher of men." A big part of this Scripture is the fact that Jesus is the one who makes us his disciples, it's not on our own effort. Jesus is doing the work. In this message, Pastor Mark shares what it means to be a disciple of Jesus.

You are called to live a life that reacts to God, not your circumstances. When living the "lifted life" you have the ability to command the storm to cease. Being lifted means that you are constantly engaged with God, you realize that He is at your right hand at all times.

Life is full of storms. Storms in Scripture symbolized the circumstances in our life. Maybe you're going to be facing a storm soon, maybe you're in one now, or maybe you just got out of one. Pastor Mark reminds us that while we are not promised a life free of storms, we are promised the divine resources to bring strength in the midst of the storm.

You manifest what you are most aware of. Don't limit your joy because you are waiting for certain things to happen in your life. When you're aware of God's promises and the fact that He has already given you the victory and begin walking that way, that's when it begins to happen.

Jesus said,"whoever drinks drinks of the water that shall give him will never thirst again." The dry season is a lie. God didn't call us into a life of constant hunger and thirst, He has filled us so we are to never thirst again.. We are like trees planted by streams of water which yields its fruit in its season and whose leaf does not whither.
