Move of God | Worship

Ezra 3.1-13

One of the main tasks carried out upon return was rebuilding the altar and the temple for the purpose of worship. After making some progress, many people shouted with joy, but others wept because the building was not like what it used to be. But worship isn’t only dependent on how God did things in the past but what He is doing now. It’s easy to desire things to go back to the way that they were, but God is always moving toward a picture of full redemption and restoration, which will look different than anything we have ever seen.
