In this episode we share with you a coaching call from one of our students in our worship leader school program. 

Sometimes you step into a role where someone else has served and have to lay new groundwork. Sometimes there is a direction or leadership you don't agree with, or maybe there's no direction or leadership at all and you have to step in and cast new vision, set new standards, establish new expectations and rhythms. 

That's exactly what our student brought to us coaches in worship leader school and we thought others could benefit from us bouncing ideas off of one another and coaching him through it.
