The fact that it's not been an easy journey does not mean that God has abandoned you, He is ever-present with you and He is grooming you for the great plans that He has for you. Be encouraged today and keep hope alive. Tell yourself I WILL GET THERE.

Happy Sunday and a happy new month. I am grateful for the gift of another month. It's so great that God has segmented our lives and existence into times and season which gives us the opportunity to start afresh if we so desire.  It is the eighth month of the year and the number eight signifies new beginnings. I pray that this will be our experience indeed this month. 

After last week's episode, I got some beautiful responses to my questions about how to deal with fear and anxiety. On today's episode, I share some of those responses with you and I hope you find them helpful. I also led us through a short worship session in honour to God who has gifted us a new month.
