Today we worship the promised gift of the Father, the Holy Spirit. You'll hear reference to many promises of who Holy Spirit is in our worshipful prayer. Jesus is the One who fulfills the promise to baptize us with the Holy Spirit, Matthew 3:11, Mark 1:8, Luke 3:16, John 1:33, Acts 1:5,8.
He is helper, John 14:16,25; John 15:26; 16:7.
He dwells with us, promised to be in us who believe- John 14:16-17.
He teaches us all things- John 14:26, 16:13.
He is the Spirit of truth- John 15:26, 16:13
He testifies of Jesus- John 15:26
He is sent to us by Jesus- John 16:7
He tells us things to come- John 16:13
He takes of Jesus and declares it to us- John 16:14
He is the Spirit of God- Romans 8:9, 14
He is the Spirit of Christ- Romans 8:9
The Spirit is life- Romans 8:10.
He is the Spirit of adoption- Romans 8:15
He bears witness- Romans 8:16
He is first fruits of the Spirit- Romans 8:23
He helps us in our weakness- Romans 8:26
He makes intercession for us- Romans 8:26
He is the mind of Christ- Romans 8:27
He seals the believer- Ephesians 4:30, 2 Corinthians 1:22, Ephesians 1:13-14.
He is gift and supernatural manifestation within believers- 1 Corinthians 12:3-11.
He will raise the believer's body- Romans 8:10-11
