In John 4:4-42 we see the power of Christ revealing Himself to a woman who was defensive and self-protective. Jesus took the conversation to her vulnerabilities and shame very quickly. He didn't beat around the bush with her. At the same time, He offered her a drink that would make her new and satisfy her soul. The result? Her entire town came to believe in Jesus! Do not be afraid of the difficult things He may say to you, because with it comes an offer of new life and a satisfied soul! Take time today to worship the LORD in Spirit and in truth!
