It may seem simple, but everything is step-by-step and slooooooooower.
I know I lost a lot of skills since to get back the concept to life, had to reTHINK, what do plants needs? SUN, AIR & ____.
A: water
Then ask, how did I lose that? I lost it from a trio of people who were ok with the neglect & thus abuse of a child with severe/profound special needs & reLIVED it until that heat wave in MI where I watered the yard, the neighbor's yard & haven't stopped since today 09/18/25. One can google this. It happened in JULY/AUGUST 2024 so that's a long time to "sit with" it, but it's better than not drinking. Not hydrating. The war is against death/giving up/letting "them" (in this case NWMH, since they ask bi-weekly, "do you have SI/HI?") and since they taught me WISEMIND and repeated "describe the triggers," rarely moving forward then that initial first step, it stuck.
Will be talking to a NWMH doctor soon. The ptsd/skills affected is documented in a container--text messages--and if it works, one good experience, IT can end.
IT = indescribable trauma so describe it.
