A new Wisconsin statute tightening the sale of e-cigarettes went into effect at the start of this month.

It’s now facing a legal challenge from a group of e-cigarette distributors who argue that the law violates the United States Constitution.

Eric Heyer is the lead counsel for the plaintiffs. He tells our News Producer Faye Parks that, while it might have been sold as a public health regulation, the law is actually a bid from Big Tobacco to squash their competitors.
