You and your children are completely worthy and lovable no matter what you do and can never lose it.  It is your birthright as a human on this planet!  I want you to find a picture of yourself and your child/children from under the age of 12 and carry that around with you so that you can always look at the essence and remember the just right human being that you and your child/children are.
