Abiding in Jesus is one of the easiest and yet most under practiced of Jesus’ final commands to his disciples. If indeed we are disciples of Jesus, our Lord instructs us to find joy in dwelling with him. To abide in Jesus we trust that we are in union with Him and therefore are able to place ourselves under the authority of his Word and we have access to Him through prayer.
