Matthew Muncher has been with us since the FREE park workouts before we opened as a gym. In that time he has changed jobs/careers, moved, and welcomed a new son into his home.
With each life change came new difficulties with finding what establishing healthy routines for his fitness goals. Matt realized that the answer to not being able to work out as frequently as he would like was found in creating healthy habits with our nutrition program.

Brianna is a wife, mom, and a hard working photographer. Between all her roles she fights to find time to take care of her health because she knows that everyone around her benefits when she is healthy.
Erin is a mom of two who overcame some major fears when she joined WOTOWN. Her mindset has been, "I may not can do that, but I can do something." This mindset has helped her progress to doing full burpees and several barbell movements.
Alex Cook has overcome leukemia, a month and a half coma, and learning to walk again in his 22 years of living.
Ben Dziwulski is the CEO of WODPrep, an online coaching service specializing ins CrossFit skills. Ben has been working remotely for over five years and came on to give us tips to being productive with work while working from home. Being able to be productive with our work flow is important during this time because it will help us create margin as carve out time in our day to workout.
