This week Nick May brings on CJ Welch, a painting contractor and franchisee for Wow 1 Day Painting in Nashville. While studying to become a pastor, CJ worked for a medical device company. He’d always been passionate about improving the lives of other people, and wanted to apply that drive on a business of his own. When he saw an opportunity to become a customer service-based painting contractor, he seized it. Rather than starting from scratch, CJ opted to become a Wow 1 Day franchisee in July of 2020. Starting a business from the ground up can be a daunting thought for entrepreneurs.
