Lara J. Day is the author of the 13 Sacred Nights Oracle. She is on a mission to reclaim the hyper-commercialized holidays and return the Soul to the Solstice. Lara is also the creator of Neurogenic Qigong, her own unique and innovative healing method which interweaves Chinese energy medicine with tension-&-trauma-releasing, neurogenic, tremor work. Lara has been teaching energy arts since 2003 and is unspeakably grateful for her teachers and the chance to view this absurd and perfectly magnificent life from the energetic perspective.
