On this week's episode of WRDW the Q, Hannah Todd calls Southeastern Regional Manager, Jamie McKenzie. Jamie and Hannah talk about some of the things that our Wilmington terminal does everyday to make sure their drivers are seen and heard. Jamie also explains the chemical product division's reloading process, and he discusses some of the things RDW is doing to keep safety a priority. 

On this week's episode of WRDW the Q, Hannah Todd and Robbie Wood call several of our current drivers to discuss what's going on in their world and what our company is doing to make their lives easier. During their call, they talk to drivers from Mobile, Wilmington, Houston and Birmingham terminals. Robbie also shares an update on the first 16 trucks set to arrive in Dolomite and where our lease purchase program currently stands. Drivers highlighted in the episode are Dennis Walker, Sergeant Anderson, Branton Thomas, Wally Evans, Jay Snyderman, Parker Howard, and Jessie Mettlen. 

On this week's episode of WRDW the Q, Hannah calls our vice president, Brett Wood. The two of them discuss a plethora of subject matter, including company culture, mental health within the company, and several company updates.

On this week's episdoe of WRDW the Q, Hannah called our client rep, Hilary Tomlinson from WorkHound. During the episode they discuss all things WorkHound, including how it works, why we encourage our drivers to use it, and our upcoming giveaway. Hannah and Hilary also continue the conversation regarding the Samsara transition, healthy habits, safety updates and equipment updates.

On this week's episode of WRDW the Q, Hannah Todd calls the Houston terminal manager of Robbie D. Wood, Jason Andrews. Jason and Hannah discuss the growth our company has seen in Houston over the last 2 years, the blessings we've seen there, and some of the challenges. They also discuss safety updates, rate increases, and some of the ongoing changes in our company right now.

On this week's episode of WRDW the Q, Hannah Todd calls one of our senior drivers, Tony Moore. Mr. Moore pulls roll off in our hazardous waste division, and he's been with the company for over 20 years. During the call they discuss what it's like to be a roll off driver, some of the things Tony has seen on the road, some of the lessons he has learned, and why he's never been an owner operator. They also discuss some company changes and general announcements during the episode. 

On this week's episode of WRDW the Q, Trey Wood and Hannah Todd sit down in our Dolomite office of Robbie D. Wood to discuss the hazardous waste's van division. Trey responds to several comments regarding wait times and communication, and shares some of his and his team's plan with us for improving the customer base and driver satisfaction. 

On this week's episode, Hannah Todd and Richard Long discuss his professional careers, what it was like driving for Robbie D. Wood, Inc. and how he came to be the terminal manager at our Mobile (Theodore), AL terminal. Richard Long and Hannah also discuss general announcements, several driver success stories, and the FMCSA Safety Blitz that is coming in May of this year.

On this week's episode, Claire Peterson Russell and Hannah Todd discuss how our recruiting department does more than just talk to prospective employees. They discuss how the department works with other departments within the company to make sure our current drivers are taken care of and what they are doing to make sure everyone is working well together. They also cover a few company announcements and how our new mobile comm system is already helping protect our drivers.

On this week's episode, Hannah Todd has the privilege of talking with founder, Robbie D. Wood. Mr. Wood and Hannah discuss what the company has done to hold onto its values, some of the company's recent accomplishments that Sr. is most proud of, and when Mr. Wood learned to drive. He also talks about how proud he is of our trucks and drivers, as well as why being a truck driver first made him (and others within the company) an even better businessman.
