  • "The academic route isn't for everyone - believe in yourself" - with Olly

In our 4th episode, Jo, is joined by Olly!
It is our first episode recorded face to face and our first episode with one of our learners.   Olly joined our Traineeship programme and in less than 6 months, has gained qualifications, work experience and moved in to full time employment!
Huge thanks to Olly in this recording for being so open and honest during this chat.  From school life experiences, mental health struggles to finding his inner strength and a desire to want to do better.
There's a lot of value in this episode that many of us can relate to.
