Episode 62 is here pals! It's our Chris Things Art "Match of the Week" Edition w/ my dear friend Bradley, chattin' 2 of my favourite matches that we've watched of late, my illustrations of said matches, a bunch of Lucha talk & also a surprise little chat about Robert Eggers' Nosferatu! Those matches being that 2001 Dr. Wagner Jr. vs Atlantis CMLL classic (AGAIN!) & of course, the 'main event' of my most recent Wrestling Club in person event at Scratch, the year 2000's Aja Kong vs KAORU bout that likely has left quite the mark on all who've seen it!
In my "Latest in the world of Chris Things" intro monologue, I chat about the totally delightful time that was this pst weekend. Including a wonderful Lucha Fantastica event in Melbourne & getting along to The Scratch's 'big ol' Weekend of Tartness' that featured my current solo show (still up in what I assume to be it's closing days if you haven't caught it yet!) & some utterly amazing kitting out of the bar & staff to the wonderful world of Lucha Libre! I also have a little ponder about whether or not it's a bit 'wanky' for me to like to hang around my own art shows as much as I do.
Enjoy!!
