Episode 87 is here pals! We have another of those solo, rambling chit-chat editions of the show for you. I'm rambling through my thoughts on a wonderful recent Brisbane Illustration Fair weekend, meeting a bunch of wonderful folks & catching up with some of my favourite Brissy Art pals (like the super talented Gabrielle Vines & Forge Forward's Amy). I chat the ridiculous weekend that I have set up for myself next week with the ridiculous/wonderful combo of Lucha Fantastica Brisbane's Day of the Dead Fiesta, The Great Artist Market at Felons Barrel Hall AND a Wrestling Club 'GRAPP-TOBERFEST' at my favourite bar in the whole wide-world, The Scratch! Episode 86 is here pals! It's a "Match of the Week" 'Edition of the show w/ 'Best Mate David', chattin' three totally splendid bouts & just what it was that made them so wonderful. Those being Genichiro Tenryu vs KENTA (from 2005 Pro Wrestling NOAH), Mike Awesome vs Masato Tanaka (from ECW Heatwave '98) and the wonderfully sadomasochistic bloodbath that was KENOH vs Minoru Suzuki (from 2024 Pro Wrestling NOAH). We actually got to enjoy those first two together at a recent 'Wrestling Club' with Chris Things at The Scratch, so I felt there couldn't be anyone more perfect to chop it up with about these classics than my dearest long-time pal from across the pond. We talk all about these matches, my illustrations of said matches & a heck of a lot of nonsense - not limited to the 1977 B-Grade Action classic that was Rolling Thunder!

In my 'World of Chris-Things' intro monologue I ramble about my recent Mexican group art show participation, some upcoming events AND a Wrestling Artist SPOTLIGHT on a recent discovery of mine in fabulous wrestling artist who created some of our favourite visuals of early 90s WWF; Joe Jusko!
