Ringside News was first to report…and other outlets have confirmed…that Shane McMahon is gone from WWE.

This reportedly stems from backstage issues surrounding the planning for the men’s Royal Rumble Saturday night.

Shane made a surprise return to WWE TV at the Rumble. He was the #28 entrant. He managed to eliminate Kevin Owens…and was one of the last men eliminated by Rumble winner Brock Lesnar.

A title match is set for today’s NXT UK. Meiko Satomura defends her title against Blair Davenport in a Japanese Street Fight.

Also announced for the show: the final in the tag team championship #1 contender tournament. It’s gonna be Ashton Smith & Oliver Carter vs. Dave Mastiff & Jack Starz.

The wrestlers released by WWE on November 4 are now free of their non-compete clauses and can show up anywhere they choose. That group includes Killer Kross, Keith Lee..and the former Ember Moon.

She’s now using the ring name, Athena…and she’ll challenge Thunder Rosa for Warrior Wrestling’s women’s championship on February 12th.

An epic main event on last night’s Dynamite.

MJF beat CM Punk after nearly 40 minutes of action. Wardlow showed up toward the end of the match. He didn’t attack Punk. BUT Wardlow distracted the referee and slipped the Dynamite Diamond Ring to MJF…and MJF used the ring to knock out Punk and get the pin.

It’s CM Punk’s first loss in AEW.

The show opened with Jon Moxley beating Wheeler Yuta.

After the match, Bryan Danielson showed up and pitched the idea of him and Moxley “joining forces”.

Danielson also suggested he and Mox could take some younger AEW prospects under their wings. Danielson didn’t insist on an answer last night. So, we’ll wait and see.

MMA and combat sports star Paige Van Zant returned to AEW last night…and briefly mixed it up with Brandi Rhodes.

Nyla Rose pinned Ruby Soho with the Beast Bomb.

Malakai Black & Brody King beat Pac & Penta El Zero Miedo. Penta was pinned after Black sprayed mist in his face.

Brian Kendrick’s time in AEW ended before it could begin. He was set to face Moxley last night, but Kendrick was pulled from the card within hours of the show…after a 2013 interview with Kendrick resurfaced, in which he discussed the Holocaust and the Sandy Hook school shooting. Tony Khan called the comments “abhorrent & offensive”.

Kendrick apologized on Twitter, writing “I spread the most vile comments without thinking of the damage it would cause. I will live with this regret for the rest of my life.”

The Digital Media Championship is on the line on tonight’s Impact Wrestling. Jordynne Grace defends against Matt Cardona.

Ring Of Honor World Champion Jonathan Gresham is on tonight’s Impact for a match against Steve Maclin.

Another old name from ROH - Vincent - will go one-on-one against Josh Alexander.

Bullet Club is back. Jay White, the Guerrillas of Destiny, and Chris Bey face Jake Something, SPEEDBALL Mike Bailey, Ace Austin & Madman Fulton.

Bhupinder Gujjar makes his Impact debut against John Skyler.

Plus, Jonah vs. Crazzy Steve.

Before The Impact has Raj Singh vs. Black Taurus.

Tonight’s MLW Azteca has Alex Kane, Rey Horus & Villano III Jr. vs. Hijo del Vikingo, Octagon Jr. & Laredo Kid.

MLW announced Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat will be the matchmaker for its SuperFight card in Charlotte, North Carolina on February 26.

It’s CM Punk vs. MJF…in Chicago!

A new match was just announced last night: Jon Moxley vs. Brian Kendrick! Kendrick was a coach at the WWE Performance Center just weeks ago. Kendrick recently asked for his release. Obviously, he got it.

Also tonight..Nyla Rose vs. Ruby Soho…and Malakai Black & Brody King vs. Pac & Penta El Zero Miedo.

A big win for Lee Moriarty on last night’s Dark. He got a roll-up victory over Joey Janela.

Also, Dante Martin & Matt Sydal beat Bear Country.

More title matches are being set up for the coming weeks on NXT.

Kay Lee Ray will challenge Mandy Rose for the NXT Women’s Championship next week.

It took some convincing. KLR abducted the rest of Toxic Attraction and chased Mandy around the building all night before she finally agreed to the match.

Speaking of Gigi Dolin & Jayce Jane, they’ll defend the NXT Women’s Tag Titles on the Vengeance Day special in two weeks…against Indi Hartwell & Persia Pirotta.

Raquel Gonzalez beat Cora Jade, but it appears Jade showed enough fight to convince Gonzalez to team with her in the upcoming women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

Joe Gacy beat LA Knight after some ringside interference by Grayson Waller.

Imperium beat Roderick Strong and the Creed Brothers…Wendy Choo beat Amari Miller…and Andre Chase beat Draco Anthony.

WWE has updated its website and Big E is indeed now part of the SmackDown roster.

Royal Rumble winner Brock Lesnar announced he will face Universal Champion Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. And Lesnar wants that match to be title vs. title.

Lesnar will be one of five men challenging Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship inside the Elimination Chamber later this month. Lesnar was added to the match on last night’s RAW…after Lashley refused to give him his title rematch last night.

Lashley will defend the WWE Title in the Chamber match against Lesnar, Seth Rollins, AJ Styles, Riddle, and Austin Theory.

Rollins said he was given a spot in the match after his DQ win over Roman Reigns at the Rumble.

The rest of the field had to win qualifying matches last night. Styles beat Rey Mysterio. Riddle beat Otis and Theory beat Kevin Owens.

Another title match is set for the Chamber pay-per-view.

Lita will challenge Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Championship at the Elimination Chamber. She made a surprise appearance at the end of last night’s show…after a brief verbal sparring session between Lynch and Ronda Rousey.

WWE is promoting Rousey - the winner of the women’s Rumble - will make her WrestleMania decision on Friday’s SmackDown.

Getting back to last night’s RAW…

Rhea Ripley pinned Nikki A.S.H. with the Riptide.

The Miz pinned Dominik Mysterio with the Skull Crushing Finale.

Bianca Belair pinned one-half of the women’s tag champs, Carmella, with the KOD.

Cincinnati native Angelo Dawkins won in his hometown! He beat Dolph Ziggler.

Kurt Angle announced on his podcast that he will be returning to WWE within “the next month or so”.

Tonight’s NXT has Raquel Gonzalez vs. Cora Jade.

Plus, NXT Champion Bron Breakker & Tommaso Ciampa team up to face Legado Del Fantasma…and Roderick Strong and the Creed Brothers vs. Imperium.

Trevor Murdoch defends the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship against Mike Knox.

Plus, Sal Rinauro vs. Cyon in a No Disqualification Match…and JTG & Dirty Dango vs. Rush Freeman & Captain YUMA.

The NWA will hold its Crockett Cup tag team tournament in Nashville, Tennessee on March 19th & 20th. The shows will air on pay-per-view.

The Briscoes are among the teams announced for the tournament.

Speaking of The Briscoes…they are the first inductees in the Ring of Honor Hall of Fame.

“X-Pac” Sean Waltman is returning to the ring. He’ll tag with Joey Janela to take on Matt Cardona and Brian Myers at GCW’s show in Los Angeles on Friday, February 25th.

Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 8 will be part of WrestleMania week. It’ll be held on Thursday, March 31st…at Fair Park in Dallas.

Lio Rush says he suffered a dislocation of his left shoulder during a match against Buddy Matthews in PWG’s Battle Of Los Angeles tournament over the weekend.

BOTH Royal Rumble winners are being promoted for tonight’s RAW.

Ronda Rousey returned to WWE Saturday night…and won the women’s Rumble match, last eliminating SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair.

Mickie James entered at #20 carrying the Impact Knockouts Championship. She was eliminated by Lita.

WWE says Brock Lesnar will also appear on tonight’s RAW “to decide who he will challenge at Wrestlemania”.

Lesnar entered at #30 and won the men’s Rumble Saturday night. The last man eliminated was Drew McIntyre, who had not been seen since the Day 1 pay-per-view.

The men’s Rumble also included surprise appearances by Bad Bunny and Shane McMahon.

Earlier in the show, Brock Lesnar lost the WWE Championship to Bobby Lashley Saturday night…after Roman Reigns showed up…hit Lesnar with a spear…and knocked out Lesnar with the WWE Title belt.

Paul Heyman turned on Lesnar. Heyman handed the belt to Reigns…and left with Reigns.

Saturday night’s show opened with Reigns retaining the Universal Championship…after he was disqualified for not breaking a hold during his title match against Seth Rollins.

Also, Becky Lynch retained the RAW Women’s Championship against Doudrop…and Edge & Beth Phoenix beat The Miz & Maryse.

The big WrestleMania sign everyone loves to point to…caught on FIRE Saturday night…after some pyro was set off around it following Rousey’s Rumble victory.

No injuries were reported.

On Saturday’s New Japan Strong…Jay White beat Christopher Daniels…Alex Coghlin beat JR Kratos…and Alex Zayne beat Ariya Daivari.

Back in Japan…In STARDOM, two challengers have emerged for Syuri’s Wonder Of Stardom Championship.

Syuri retained the gold against MIRAI on Saturday.

Earlier in that show, a #1 contender match between Giulia and Mayu Iwatani ended in a 30-minute draw.

Conveniently, STARDOM is running shows on back-to-back days on March 26th & 27th. So, Giulia will challenge Syuri on March 26th…and Iwatani gets the winner the following day.

Also on that STARDOM show Saturday, Thekla beat Mina Shirakawa to win the vacant SWA Championship.

It’s WWE’s Royal Rumble…Saturday night at The Dome At America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

New entrants for the Rumble matches were revealed on Friday.

Sasha Banks made a surprise return to SmackDown. Banks has not been seen since she injured her leg during a house show match earlier this month. She was not expected to recover in time for the Rumble, but she is in!

Sonya Deville will be in the women’s Rumble. She entered herself into the match during last night’s SmackDown.

Deville is looking for revenge against Naomi, who finally got her one-on-one match against Deville last night and pinned her with a split-legged moonsault.

Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura and Rick Boogs are now in the men’s Rumble..

Nakamura & Boogs beat Jinder Mahal & Shanky on last night’s SmackDown.

So, as of Friday night…we have 25 men announced…and 23 women announced for the Rumble matches.

We’ll have the updated list of Rumble entrants posted on our social media as we get closer to showtime today. So keep an eye out for that.

There are three title matches on tonight’s card.

Brock Lesnar defends the WWE Championship against Bobby Lashley.

Roman Reigns puts his 500+ day reign as Universal Champion on the line against Seth Rollins.

Becky Lynch defends the RAW Women’s Championship against Doudrop.

Two successful title defenses on Friday’s Rampage.

Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus retained the AEW Tag Team Titles. They turned away the challenge of Private Party. But after the match, Jungle Boy & Luchsaurus were laid out by the Gunn Club.

Jade Cargill is still the TBS Champion. She beat Julia Hart.

Also on last night’s show, Jon Moxley beat Anthony Bowens…and FTR got past Lee Johnson & Brock Anderson.

PWG’s Battle Of Los Angeles tournament is being held this weekend.

Jonathan Gresham revealed Friday he has to pull out of the event after testing positive for COVID-19. Gresham also confirmed that’s what kept him out of last weekend’s big GCW show.

Major League Wrestling is the latest national promotion to announce a show during WrestleMania week. MLW will hold tapings for Fusion in Dallas on Thursday, March 31st.

On Thursday’s MLW Azteca…Alex Hammerstone held onto the MLW Heavyweight Championship with a win over Octagon Jr.

Hijo Del Vikingo beat Aramis to retain the AAA Mega Championship.

Plus, Arez beat Extreme Tiger.

Tonight’s New Japan Strong…has Jay White vs. Christopher Daniels…Alex Coghlin vs. JR Kratos…and Alex Zayne vs. Ariya Daivari.

Back in Japan, there’s a major Stardom show on Saturday…and some late changes to the card.

Stardom announced Tam Nakano and two others will miss the show “due to poor physical condition”.

Nakano was set for a 3-way to decide the next contender for the World Of Stardom title. It’s now a one-on-one match between Mayu Iwatani and Giulia.

Sonya Deville is scheduled to face Naomi. Deville tweeted she will “take on Naomi, one on one, fair and square.” We’ll see.

Also announced for tonight’s show, Big E & Kofi Kingston vs. Happy Corbin & Madcap Moss.

Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura says he’s cleared to return to action after a hand injury.

Ilja Dragunov is still the NXT UK Champion. He beat Jordan Devlin with his hands tied behind his back…in an Empty Arena Match on Thursday’s episode.

Also on the show…Teoman, Rohan Raja & Charlie Dempsey beat Gallus. Dempsey forced Wolfgang to tap out.

Jinny put her feet on the ropes to steal a pin from Amale.

WWE and Disney have a deal to carry the WWE Network on the Disney+ Hotstar service in Indonesia. That’ll kick off with Saturday’s Royal Rumble.

The group now known as Honor No More - Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Vincent, PCO & Maria Kanellis…will face Josh Alexander, Chris Sabin, Eddie Edwards, Rich Swann & Rhino at No Surrender. If Honor No More wins, they can stay in Impact. If they lose, they’re gone.

Jake Something beat Chris Bey. Bey’s Bullet Club backup arrived after the match. The Guerrillas Of Destiny and Jay White helped Bey beat up Something AND SPEEDBALL Mike Bailey who stuck his nose in the middle of this.

Jonah beat Johnny Swinger. There was a shot of Dan Lambert watching from the crowd during that match.

Knockouts Tag Team Champions The IInspiration beat Madison Rayne & Kaleb…With A K in a non-title match. Cassie Lee rolled up Kaleb for the pin.

W. Morrissey won an 8-on-1 match against Zicky Dice, VSK, and some other guys.

We got a vignette promising that former RevPro and PROGRESS women’s champion Gisele Shaw is coming to Impact.

Laredo Kid beat Blake Christian on Before The Impact.

A pair of big matches on last night’s Dynamite…and a couple more are now set for the coming weeks.

Sammy Guevara is the undisputed TNT Champion. He beat Cody Rhodes in a spectacular ladder match to open the show.

After the match, Cody discussed his contract status with AEW.

Last night’s main event was a Lights Out Match…that saw Orange Cassidy pin Adam Cole…after Cassidy threw Cole and himself off the top of one of the entrance tunnels and through the stage below.

That’s the first time Cole has been pinned in AEW, but since the match was unsanctioned…the loss will not be counted on Cole’s win/loss record.

The match also saw the surprise AEW debut of Danhausen, who has been recovering from surgery for a broken leg. It was later confirmed that Danhausen is signed and is All Elite.

MJF agreed to a match against CM Punk on next Wednesday’s Dynamite, which happens to be in Chicago.

AEW Champion Hangman Page will defend his title in two weeks…against Lance Archer…in a Texas Death Match.

Getting back the in-ring action on last night’s Dynamite…Chris Jericho, Santana & Ortiz beat Daniel Garcia & 2point0…but all is NOT well within the Inner Circle.

LEGIT Leyla Hirsch grabbed a handful of tights to roll up and pin Red Velvet.

The Acclaimed & Austen & Colten Gunn beat Dark Order’s Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, Alan “5” Angels and 10. Angels was pinned by the Gunn Club.

Also, Penta El Zero Miedo beat Wheeler Yuta…and Jungle Boy beat Nick Comoroto via submission.

NXT will hold a special Vengeance Day episode on Tuesday, February 15th.

And we already know a couple of matches that will happen on that card.

Cameron Grimes will challenge Carmelo Hayes for the North American Championship. Grimes earned the shot by beating Tony D’Angelo on last night’s NXT.

D’Angelo was undone by an attack by Pete Dunne, who was armed with a cricket bat.

The final of the men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will happen at Vengeance Day.

The tournament semifinals are set after last night’s NXT.

MSK beat Jacket Time. They'll face Edris Enofe & Malik Blade in the semifinals.

Also, the Grizzled Young Veterans beat Andre Chase & Bodhi Hayward. They’ll face the Creed Brothers in the semis.

Solo Sikoa beat Boa in a No Disqualification/Falls Count Anywhere match. Sikoa finished off Boa with a splash from the top rope through Boa who was on a table on the arena floor.

Kay Lee Ray, Indi Hartwell & Persia Pirotta beatToxic Attraction. Pirotta pinned Gigi Dolin.

Also, Io Shirai beat Tiffany Stratton.

Von Wagner is now being managed by Robert Stone.

NXT announced that Odyssey Jones underwent surgery for a ruptured patella and is expected to be out of action until the fall.

Nick Khan told the Sports Business Journal WWE has taken some inbound calls from companies looking to buy it. But he added that WWE is not actively looking to sell.

Impact Wrestling announced last night that Tenille Dashwood has been pulled from the Knockouts Tag Title match on Thursday’s show. Instead, it’ll be Madison Rayne & Kaleb…With A K challenging The IInspiration for the gold.

Mexico’s AAA promotion announced it will hold THREE TripleMania events this year…on April 30th…June 18th…and October 15th.
