The semifinals in the TBS Championship Tournament begin with Ruby Soho vs. Nyla Rose.

Also announced for tonight’s show, CM Punk, Sting & Darby Allin team up against MJF & FTR.

Plus, Adam Cole vs. Orange Cassidy…and Malakai Black vs. Griff Garrison.

On last night’s Dark…

Austin & Colten Gunn beat Lee Johnson & Brock Anderson. Anderson was pinned with a small package.

Jora Johl got a win…over Julius Coleman.

Matt Sydal beat Serpentico in the main event.

We have some big matches announced for NXT’s New Year’s Evil special coming up on January 4th.

Tommaso Ciampa will defend the NXT Championship against Bron Breakker.

Mandy Rose will put the NXT Women’s Title on the line in a 3-way against Cora Jade and Raquel Gonzalez.

Gonzalez beat Dakota Kai in a Street Fight last night. She powerbombed Kai onto a trash can to get the pin.

Also now set for a New Year’s Evil…a Champion vs. Champion/Title vs. Title match between North American Champion Carmelo Hayes and Cruiserweight Champion Roderick Strong.

There was a big upset on last night’s show. Edris Enofe surprised Von Wagner with a rollup and got the pin. Wagner laid out Enofe after the match.

Pete Dunne pinned Tony D’Angelo with the Bitter End in last night’s main event. BUT after the match, D’Angelo attacked Dunne and cracked Dunne’s hand with a crowbar!

Dexter Lumis took down Trick Williams with Silence.

Io Shirai beat Elektra Lopez.

The Creed Brothers and the Grizzled Young Veterans fought to a no-contest after Jacket Time and Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs got involved.

The in-ring confrontation between AJ Styles and Grayson Waller ended with Waller taking a walk after Styles challenged him to fight.

One week after Harland threw him down a flight of stairs, Brian Kendrick resigned from his coaching position and he has a match against Harland on next week’s NXT.

Drew Parker is off GCW’s show on New Year’s Day due to travel issues. Instead, Joey Janel will face…Scotty 2 Hotty!

Ian Riccaboni will call the Ring Of Honor World Title match at GCW’s big show at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom on January 23rd.

New Japan has another Road To Tokyo Dome show Wednesday.

AJ Styles has a big problem on next Monday’s RAW. He’s set to go one-on-one with his now-former tag team partner Omos. The pair split after a loss to Rey & Dominik Mysterio last night. Styles was rolled up and pinned after Omos refused to tag in. They came to blows after the match with Omos laying out Styles.

Dolph Ziggler will get a shot at the United States Chamhe champ Damian Priest last night. Priest was counted out after he went after Robert Roode.

Rhea Ripley made quick work of one-half of the women’s tag champs Queen Zelina.

One-half of the RAW Tag Champs Randy Orton beat Chad Gable.

Finn Balor beat Austin Theory. But these two are not done with one another. A rematch is already announced for next Monday’s RAW.

WWE Champion Big E & Bobby Lashley beat Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens in last night’s main event. Lashley pinned Owens.

Bianca Belair pinned Doudrop with the KOD.

One-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Champs Queen Zelina is set to face Rhea Ripley.

Plus, Finn Balor vs. Austin Theory…

Rey & Dominik Mysterio vs. AJ Styles & Omos…

And for the third straight week…Bianca Belair vs. Doudrop.

Drew McIntyre will face Madcap Moss at the Day 1 pay-per-view.

McIntyre reclaimed his sword on last Friday’s SmackDown. It was stolen by Moss and Happy Corbin two weeks ago…along with the desk Drew plunged it into.

The big news coming out of SmackDown…Roman Reigns FIRED Paul Heyman, and hit Heyman with a Superman Punch...before Brock Lesnar showed up and hit Reigns with a pair of F5’s.

Toni Storm will challenge Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship on the Christmas Eve episode of SmackDown. Storm & Sasha Banks beat Flair & Shotzi on last Friday’s Smackdown when Toni rolled up up Charlotte for the pin.

Also on the show, King Woods & Kofi Kingston won a non-title match against the SmackDown Tag Champs The Usos. Those two teams were already set for a title match at Day 1.

Naomi used a rollup to pin Shayna Baszler in less than a minute.

Ridge Holland pinned Cesaro with a power slam.

The Viking Raiders beat Jinder Mahal & Shanky, who took the pin.

WWE held tryouts at its Performance Center last week, and among the familiar faces that were spotted was Ring Of Honor Women’s Champion Rok-C.

An upset on last Friday’s Rampage…

Daniel Garcia rolled up and PINNED Eddie Kingston…as Garcia, 2point0 & The Acclaimed beat Kingston, Santana & Ortiz and the AEW Tag Champs the Lucha Brothers.

Also on the show, Tay Conti won a Submission Match against Penelope Ford. But after the match, The Bunny knocked out Conti with a pair of brass knuckles.

Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta & Rocky Romero beat The Young Bucks, Adam Cole & Bobby Fish. Trent pinned Fish.

Cody and Dustin Rhodes got into a scuffle with Dan Lambert and the Men Of The Year. Sammy Guevara ran out to save the Rhodes boys.

AEW announced there will be TWO Owen Hart Cup tournaments - one for the men and one of the women. And those will be held in May.

Jordynne Grace will defend Impact Wrestling’s Digital Media Championship against Kiera Hogan on the debut show for the upstart TERMINUS promotion on January 16th.

At GCW’s show in Los Angeles over the weekend…

Effy & Allie Katch beat Matt Cardona & Chelsea Green. Cardona said he was quitting GCW after the match.

Jonathan Gresham defended the Ring Of Honor World Championship with a win over AJ Gray

The Briscoes beat Brody King & PCO to retain the GCW Tag Titles.

FILTHY Tom Lawlor is still the Strong Openweight Champion. He retained the gold by choking out Fred Rosser in the main event of Saturday night’s New Japan Strong.

Taylor Rust - a former member of Team Filthy before he signed with WWE - showed up after the match…and attacked Lawlor!

A new version of Black Tiger has surfaced on Strong. He teamed with Team Filthy’s JR Kratos & Royce Isaacs to beat FinJuice and Rocky Romero, the former “Black Tiger” who shed the persona more than a decade ago. The new Black Tiger pinned Romero with the Black Tiger Driver.

The DKC & Kevin Knight beat Jordan Clearwater & Brogan Finlay.

Back in Japan…

New Japan is running four “Road To Tokyo Dome” shows this week. The first show is on Tuesday with Shingo Takagi & Hiromu Takahashi vs. Kazuchika Okada & Robbie Eagles in the main event. It’s a FREE show on New Japan World.

A-Kid is the #1 contender for the Heritage Cup Championship. He earned that with a win over Nathan Frazer on Thursday’s NXT UK.

Also on the show, Charlie Dempsey choked out Joe Coffey with a dragon sleeper.

GCW made a late addition to its Blood On The Hills show tonight.

Kevin Owens is reportedly staying with WWE. Fightful reported Wednesday that Owens has re-signed with the company, ending the speculation surrounding his expiring contract and possible future plans.

Today’s NXT UK has A-Kid vs. Nathan Frazer in a Heritage Cup #1 Contender Match.

Hangman Page and Bryan Danielson went the distance on last night’s Dynamite. Their AEW Championship match ended in a 60-minute draw. Hangman retains the gold, but one must assume a rematch is coming somewhere down the line.

MJF won the Dynamite Diamond Ring for the third year in a row. He forced Dante Martin to submit after a timely outside assist from Ricky Starks.

Sting and Darby Allin tried a sneak attack on MJF and FTR after the match. But the numbers were too much for them. That’s when CM Punk showed up. And now we have a 6-man tag set for next Wednesday’s Dynamite: Punk, Sting & Allin vs. MJF & FTR.

Also on last night’s show…Hikaru Shida beat Serena Deeb…and Wardlow made quick work of Matt Sydal.

Shibata made his announcement at New Japan’s World Tag League and Best Of The Super Juniors finals.

As for the matches themselves. Hiromu Takahashi beat YOH to win the Best Of The Super Juniors. He’ll challenge IWGP Jr. Champ El Desperado at Wrestle Kingdom.

Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI beat EVIL & Yujiro Takahashi to win the World Tag League. That puts them in line to challenge IWGP Tag Champs Taichi & Zack Sabre Jr.

The Wolves - Eddie Edwards & Davey Richards - reunited for a match that premiered for Impact Ultimate Insiders on Tuesday. It’s free on the Impact website starting Wednesday. The Wolves are facing Infrared - Logan James & Tyler Matrix.

On Twitter, Davey Richards stated, “the Wolves are back”. He reiterated his commitment to Major League Wrestling while adding “there is always wolves waiting outside that forbidden door”.

The Hex are still the NWA Women’s Tag Team Champions. They beat Mickie James & Kiera Hogan on last night’s Powerrr. Hogan took the pin.

Aron Stevens & Kratos beat Dirty Dango & JTG. Kratos beat JTG.

People across the world of pro wrestling are mourning the death of Jimmy Rave.

He was a steady presence on the U.S. independent scene for nearly two decades…and had memorable runs in Ring Of Honor and TNA.

Rave struggled with drug addiction. His health took a dramatic downturn just over a year ago when an infection led to the amputation of his left arm…and in October, BOTH of his legs.

He leaves behind two children.

Jimmy Rave was 39.

The WWE Championship match at the Day 1 pay-per-view is now a 4-Way: Big E defending against Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens…and Bobby Lashley.

Lashley earned his way into the match by beating all three of his Day 1 opponents in separate matches on last night’s Raw. There were plenty of shady circumstances involving all three wins, but hey…he got them.

Another match added to Day 1. Liv Morgan will get another shot at Becky Lynch and the Raw Women’s Championship. Lynch attacked Morgan last night, crushing her arm between the ring steps and ring post.

Also last night…Otis pinned one-half of the Raw Tag Champs Riddle.

One-half of the women’s tag champs Queen Zelina pinned Rhea Ripley with a rollup in less than a minute after Ripley got distracted by Nikki ASH getting superkicked by Carmella.

Bianca Belair pinned Doudrop with a 450 splash. But Doudrop laid out Belair after the match.

Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode beat United States Champion Damian Priest & Finn Balor. Ziggler pinned Balor with the ZigZag after Balor got distracted by Austin Theory taking a selfie on the ring apron.

The RK-Bro-nament final did NOT happen last night. That was to pit the Street Profits against Rey & Dominik Mysterio. But WWE announced there are injuries on BOTH teams…and the match is now pushed back until December 27th.

During a Twitch stream Monday night, Matt Hardy said WWE may have “jumped the gun” when it released Jeff Hardy after he walked out on a house show match in Texas earlier this month.

Matt Hardy confirmed Jeff was released after he refused to go to rehab. Matt openly speculated that the results of Jeff’s drug test following the incident will come back clean.

Ring Of Honor Pure Champion Josh Woods is on tonight’s AEW Dark. He’ll face Shawn Spears.

We’ll finally see Mei Suruga in action inside an AEW ring. She and Emi Sakura take on Riho & Ryo Mizunami.

Marina Shafir makes her AEW debut against Kris Statlander.

Plus, Chuck Taylor vs. Ryan Nemeth…and Daniel Garcia and 2point vs. Dark Order’s Evil Uno, Colt Cabana & Alex Reynolds.

On last night’s Dark: Elevation…Tony Nese beat Alex Reynolds.

Tonight’s NWA Powerrr has…The Hex defending the NWA Women’s Tag Titles against Mickie James & Kiera Hogan.

Plus, Dirty Dango & JTG vs. Aron Stevens & Kratos..

Ring Of Honor’s Final Battle got the bulk of the attention - but there was also an episode of ROH TV over the weekend.

Sledge beat PCO in a Falls Count Anywhere Match…EC3 beat Eli Isom…and Miranda Alize beat Chelsea Green after a distraction by The Allure.
