Why is this happening to me? Where are you God? We’ve all asked ourselves these questions at some point in our lives. Often the wrestling in our lives is with belief. Jacob wrestles with God but in the end comes out spiritually stronger. From his story we learn that there is healing from brokenness and when we tighten our grip on God, we loosen our grip on ourselves. Holding on with both hands involves declaring what’s true even when it’s difficult to believe.
