Thursday arts beat time! WRFI News Contributor Fred Balfour reports on how Channel 13, one of the public TV channels in Tompkins County, has been off the air for over a month now. Then, you'll hear a tale from Trampoline, Ithaca’s premiere storytelling competition, now online due to COVID-19. This event's winning storyteller was Marissa Slocum, who tells her story "live" from the Zoom video conferencing “stage”.
