In this episode I share a couple of news items from the past week.
Then in this week’s City of Austin segment I’ll be joined by Austin’s Director of Parks Recreation and Forestry, Jason Sehon. Joining in on our conversation will be the Market Manager of the Cedar River Farmer’s Market Naomi Thompson. With warmer temperatures starting to arrive, it won’t be long before the Farmer’s Market opens for a new season. We’ll talk about what to expect at this year’s market.
And I’ll also be talking with Kelly Vincelette, Director of Community Outreach and Education at the Hormel Institute. Coming up later this week is Community Connect, a wonderful opportunity for everyone to learn about many of the resources that are available in our community.
